Contact BTC Dices

One inbox, read by the people who actually write and test this site. There is no contact form here and no ticketing system; email works, and a human answers.

Editorial desk

Corrections, reader questions, review feedback, and business inquiries all go to this address. Put the topic in the subject line and we will route it to the right team member.

Corrections policy

Accuracy is the whole product on a review site, so we treat error reports as the highest-priority mail we get. If you find a factual mistake anywhere on BTC Dices, a wrong house edge, a stale minimum bet, a payout time that no longer matches reality, a broken verification example, email us with the page URL and what you observed.

Our commitment: we verify and fix factual errors within 48 hours of confirming them. Verification means we re-test the claim ourselves rather than taking either the reader's or the operator's word for it. When a correction materially changes a conclusion (for example, a ranking position), we note the change on the affected page instead of silently editing it.

Things that speed up a correction:

Affiliate and business inquiries

Operators and networks can reach us at the same address with "Business" in the subject line. Before writing, please read our affiliate disclosure: commercial terms never influence rankings, review scores, or editorial copy, and we do not sell placements, links, or "sponsored review" slots. If your site wants to be reviewed, the only path is the same one every listed site went through: we deposit, play, withdraw, and recompute your provably fair rolls, then publish what we find.

Press and data requests are welcome too. If you want to cite our simulation numbers or testing data, go ahead with attribution and a link; email us if you need the underlying methodology, which is summarized on the about page.

What we cannot help with

We are a publisher, not a casino, so we cannot unlock accounts, process withdrawals, return deposits, or mediate disputes with any gambling operator. For problems with a specific site, use that operator's own support channel; our reviews note where to find it and how fast it answered during our tests. If gambling itself has become the problem, skip the operators entirely and start with the free, confidential help listed on our responsible gambling page, including the 1-800-GAMBLER helpline.

Response times: correction reports usually get an answer within one business day, everything else within three. We read everything, including criticism; the sharpest reader emails have directly improved pages like the best dice sites comparison.
